Financial counselors are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to assist with questions you might have about the financial and insurance aspects of your hospital stay.

Your hospital bill will include all of the hospital charges for treatment and services rendered to you. The bill does not include physician charges involved in your care such as: personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency physician, radiologist, or other physician's consultants. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.

Customer Service for Bascom Palmer Eye Institute

Bascom Palmer Eye Institute's Patient Financial Services Department is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday to answer your questions regarding insurance, billing, and payment information.

Customer Service for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center

There are two major components in our billing system—hospital charges and physician charges. Sylvester’s Patient Financial Services department is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to answer inquiries about billing and payment.
