Service Excellence at UHealth

Office of Service Excellence
UHealth has an Office of Service Excellence, whose staff help:
- Develop and implement service standards across all areas
- Ensure that these service standards are being met
- Assist patients and staff with any service-related issues
Service Ambassador Program
UHealth’s Office of Service Excellence also has a Service Ambassador Program, with at least one ambassador representing each clinic setting and business unit.
The goal of each ambassador is to ensure that all patients receive the best service along with the excellent medical care provided every day by UHealth’s physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals.
University of Miami Hospital Patient Relations
University of Miami Hospital has a Patient Relations department to assist patients and/or their families with any questions or concerns before, during or after their visits and treatment.
